SMUFS Combo offers the largest scanning area (20.32 x 25.4 mm) using the Optical TFT FAP30 scanner, which makes it suitable for performing tasks under direct sunlight, unaffected by rough, dry, dirty, and large fingers. In the combination with the Scanner is an FCC & CE certified Smart Card reader that supports a variety of cards and formats. This Combo apparatus is supported by the SMUFS SDK operating on both Linux and Windows and offering a vest option for ID management such as match on device, match locally, match remotely, 1:1, 1: F, and 1: N. This maintenance-free Combo device is perfect for Identity management tasks that require both a Smart Card and Biometrics, such as National ID, Elections, Banking and Payment services, Health Care services, Border Control and Law enforcement.

It turns your peripherals into sufficient, precise, and secure biometric station, which one can use anywhere. The device can be extensively used in rural areas, where access to computers/laptops and network connectivity is limited. SMUFS is suitable for demanding 1:N identification challenges, out in the field, through a biometric server, and over a GPRS network.
